You have two choices for purchasing your tickets:

1) The purchase of your tickets can be done directly on site (cash, debit, credit), which gives you access to our full pricing, giving you the best prices: promo by sport, Family Discount and others.

2) Via the online ticket office, offering regular pricing.

Regarding the online ticketing :

Online tickets are available via Loisirs Montréal platform. Be ready: create your account now to facilitate your purchase when tickets become available: Accueil (montreal.ca)

2) You can buy online tickets now. The purchase of your ticket is possible 7 days before the date of your visit. For example, for a purchase for Wednesday, February 9, the online tickets will be available on Wednesday, February 2 from 9 a.m.

1 – Any online reservation is a final purchase with no possibility of refund or exchange.
2 – You must present your proof of purchase (invoice) and identity card at the cash desk to obtain your bracelet.
3 – The rental of sports equipment is available on site. Debit card or credit card (VISA or Mastercard) accepted.
4 – The minimum age required without the presence of an attendant is 13 years old. Thus, a young person or a group of 12 years and under must automatically be accompanied by an adult.
5 – When purchasing online, be sure to provide an entry ticket for each participant wishing to use our sports facilities.
6 – If you have a gift card, free entry, 10 entry card or annual pass and would like to come to TAZ using it, first, please select an entry for the desired day. Then choose this option during the transaction. Please note that your card will be requested on site.
7 – If you claim to be a student in order to obtain a $ 1.25 rebate, please note that we will ask for your student card on site.

  1. How do I buy my online tickets ?
    Simply visit taz.ca/ticket and open an Loisirs Montreal account. You must register each of the participants during your purchase.
  2. Do I have to be a Montreal resident to buy online tickets?
    No, the TAZ is accessible to everyone.
  3. Can I buy online tickets for several people from my personal account?
    Yes. All the tickets will be in your name, or in the name of the account holder.
  4. Is the purchase of a online ticket is mandatory for an accompanying person as well?
    No. All accompanying person are welcome at no fees.
  5. What is the minimum age required to go to TAZ alone?
    Minimum age required without the presence of an accompanying person is 13 years old. Indeed, a young person aged 12 years-old and under must automatically be accompanied by an adult.
  6. I don’t have credit card to pay online. What can I do ?
    You simply have to buy your tickets onsite (cash).
  7. Are there any service charges applied with online ticketing?
    No, TAZ covers these costs for you.
  8. What is the pricing applied with the online ticketing?
    We offer simplified pricing: students and regulars. The student price also inludes KIDS.  If you want to have access to all our offers and diffrent promotions, buy your tickets directly at TAZ ticketing (cash, debit, credit).
  9. Is it possible to rent sports equipment on site?
    Yes, the rental of sports equipment is available on site. Debit card or credit card (VISA or Mastercard) accepted.
  10. Can I use my gift card, annual pass or 10 tickets pass with the online ticketing ?
    Yes, these gift cards give you access to the facilities for the entire day. You can select this option at the time of the transaction.
  11. I have an impediment. Can a ticket be refundable or transferable?
    Unfortunately, in order to give everyone the chance to come and visit us at TAZ, a ticket cannot be refunded or transferable.
  12. Can I buy tickets online at any time ?
    Yes, but tickets go live 7 days in advance. For example, for a ticket purchase for Wednesday February 9, it will be online on Wednesday February 2 from 9 a.m.
